“Erig Ten Hag doesn’t want me in his squad anymore, I wasn’t in the squad list for the Brighton match my decision has been made to leave Manchester United

It is not clear what will happen with Jadon Sancho at Old Trafford after 11 p.m. next Friday.

Even though he and Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag had a public fight last season, the former Borussia Dortmund forward was brought back into the first team this summer. However, there is competition for his spot and Sancho is still a valuable asset that can be sold, so the club is “open” to letting him leave. United could sell five players, including the 24-year-old.

Reports of interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, and Dortmund, where Sancho returned on loan in January, give him a number of choices. Here, our writers talk about what he should do next and what United should do to get the most out of him.

People at United should only agree to the deal if they have to buy at the club’s asking price of £40 million. It does not look like a straight loan deal with no commitment is good for United, especially if they are paying some of the player’s salary.

Some people think that United should just keep him at the club if they can not get the £40 million they want for him, either in a permanent deal or a loan with a deadline.

The fight between Sancho and Ten Hag seems to be over, and the player has shown in the past that he is good enough to make a difference in the Premier League. With any luck, he can get back to the form he showed for Borussia Dortmund in the second half of last season at Old Trafford. That would be great for United this season.

Even though it looked like Erik ten Hag and Jadon Sancho had put water under the bridge, Sancho could still leave Manchester United.

After a successful loan spell at Borussia Dortmund, it is not surprising that teams were waiting in line outside Old Trafford (figuratively, of course) to sign Sancho permanently. Juventus, PSG, and Chelsea all look like they want to sign the winger, with Juventus being the clear favorite.

It does not make sense to allow a loanee to leave unless the deal includes an attractive buy-option clause. After a year, there is no promise that his value will have gone up. Ten Hag has a lot of choices out wide, so I think the club would be better off keeping Sancho unless they get an offer of around £40 million.

He will not be a starter for United, but he will give them some backup that they need since Marcus Rashford has been having trouble and both Antony and Rasmus Hojlund have been hurt since they got there.
