The goal conceded was disappointingly soft – a lengthy free kick causing chaos in our penalty area, with no player stepping up to clear the ball, numerous missed opportunities to regain possession, and ultimately hesitant defending from Djordje Petrovic, resulting in an easy finish for Ollie McBurnie.
We’re incredibly frustrated. We eagerly anticipate hearing the manager’s excuses for yet another disappointing performance from his team. It’s bewildering how we’ve transformed from one of Europe’s most resilient teams just a few years ago to the most vulnerable side in the league.
