Former Chelsea Manager Graham Potter has rejected offer from Huge European Club as odds slashed on him becoming next Premier League manager

Sky Sports News said Potter turned down the chance to become the next manager of Ajax.

Potter was the main player the Dutch giants wanted after talking to the club, but the former Chelsea and Brighton boss is thought to have decided not to move.

in The 48-year-old hasn’t had a job since April 2023, when Chelsea fired him. In December, Sky Sports said Potter was high on Ineos’ lists of possible managers if they fired Erik ten Hag.

Bet365 says that Potter is the favorite to lead United, with odds of 3/1. English manager Gareth Southgate is odds-on at 4/1, while Roberto De Zerbi of Brighton, Ruben Amorim of Sporting, and Thomas Frank of Brentford are all odds-on at 8/1.

in Man United’s potential sports director, Dan Ashworth, hired Potter at Brighton, where the Englishman’s style of play earned him praise.

Potter’s Seagulls finished in the top half of the Premier League in his third and last season in charge of Sussex. But before United’s 2-2 draw with rivals Liverpool over the weekend, Ten Hag said he still plans to be at United next season.
