Game over for Manchester City As Facing BAN alert from PGMOL after breaking Financial Fair Play(FFP) 115 charges which is threatening the future of the Premier League Giants
WHAT CAME ABOUT?
Officials have charged the current Premier League winners with 115 offences for what they say is poor Financial Fair Play management. Everton and Nottingham Forest, two teams that compete in the same league, have lost points because they broke the Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).

WHAT THE PRIEST SAID
Because of the Calciopoli scam in 2006, Juve lost a trophy, but EFL head MacAnthony, who is also the boss of League One team Peterborough, doesn’t think anything serious will happen. He said to talkSPORT, “I don’t know what the rule is for those charges.” I do not know what the punishment is. I don’t know what that case was in the past. Is each charge worth two points? I’m sure the news will say things like “relegation,” “banned,” and “league titles from the past given back,” but I don’t think any of that makes sense. And I know that happened in Italy, but I don’t like the idea of changing the past.
“Everyone in football tries to scam. I’m not saying Man City did this; let me speak for the EFL.” There are rules, pay caps, and other things that everyone tries to get around in order to sign stars and make them as strong as possible. It’s not like people are breaking the law or any rules, but rules are definitely being bent. This is also true in the Premier League. It’s easy to pick on Man City because of who they are and what they’ve done over the last ten years. It makes for great media fodder, and I just say, “Let it play out, let’s see what happens at the very end.”

DID YOU KNOW?
As the FFP scandal continues, people are also wondering what will happen to Pep Guardiola’s job at City. MacAnthony said this about the Catalan coach, who is in the last year of his contract: “I can’t speak for Pep, but I think he’s done six years, maybe even more, eight years, which is probably a long time for him.” As Jurgen Klopp did, he might decide, “You know what?,” after another year of winning X amount of money in a row. I need a break for a year.
“This game never stops, and I can see why Jurgen Klopp did what he did.” Having been an owner, boss, and part of that never-ending rat race for the past four years since Covid is hard enough. That’s a lot of stress for these people when you talk about their mental and physical health. I can’t even begin to guess how Pep’s body and head are feeling. He might need some time off. Pep, take a year off. Your number two will be in charge for a year, and you can come back after a break. If I were Man City, I would tell him that. That’s what I would have done with Jurgen.
WHAT’S NEXT?
City has changed the course of football history by winning the Premier League four times in a row. They will start their defense of that title on August 18 at Stamford Bridge. Before that, they will play matches against AC Milan, Barcelona, and Chelsea in the United States.
