“it has been my dream for years” Manchester City Star has confirmed he will leave club this summer to join FC Barcelona as he confirms it has been he’s dream to play in Barcelona

Several reports say that Barcelona’s president has stated that his team will likely sign a Manchester City player that Pep Guardiola no longer wants.
Guardiola’s changes to the team’s strategy have helped John Stones a lot, letting him add to attacks more often even though his main job is to defend. That being said, the change in strategy did not help full-back Joao Cancelo.
The Portuguese player had been one of City’s best performers during their successful seasons, but he didn’t have a clear role after Guardiola switched to a back three with Stones playing a hybrid part.
Because of this, Cancelo, who is 29 years old, was loaned to Bayern Munich last season and then to Barcelona this season.
President of Barcelona, Joan Laporta, said that he thinks Cancelo and another loan player, Joao Felix, will both return to Catalonia next season.
Laporta said that talks are going on with both Atletico Madrid and Manchester City about extending Cancelo and Felix’s loans or moving them permanently.
Based on what he said, the deal would probably include extending the loan with the option or duty to buy, with the final choice depending on the money issues.
Fabrizio Romano, a transfer expert, says that Laporta’s talk of an extension with a transfer fee points to a loan deal with an obligation or opportunity to buy.
Reports say that Guardiola doesn’t want to keep Cancelo in his team because they disagreed about the player’s smaller part in the 2022–23 season before he went on loan to Bayern.
Barcelona wants another loan with the chance to buy, but Man City and Guardiola are said to want a permanent sale to make room for new players.
Barcelona may look for a loan deal with the choice or duty to buy because they don’t have enough money.
Even though they may have different tastes, it’s clear that Barcelona wants Cancelo to come back, and the player definitely wants to keep playing at Camp Nou.
