Sack him tonight or face huge consequences – Manchester United new owner now want Eric Ten Hag sacked tonight and is set to be replaced with three times Champions League Winner

Describing the response from commentators as “wild,” Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag defended his choice to put Marcus Rashford to the bench for his side’s 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace.

Rashford was left out in favour of a front line of Alejandro Garnacho, Joshua Zirkzee and Amad Diallo after scoring three goals in his last two outings.

With opportunities lost at Selhurst Park allowing the Red Devils to grab a draw without being at their best, a lackluster display from the team failed to transform possession into goals.

Among those who questioned Ten Hag’s choice to keep Rashford out was Jamie Redknapp of Sky Sports, who reasoned that other elements were involved behind the scenes.

“Something feels like it has gone wrong,” Redknapp remarked. “I am not familiar with the specifics. You do not, however, remove a guy who has scored two against Southampton midweek.

“I would be cautious to say he is back, but he is displaying Rashford from two years ago. Something seems to have happened perhaps this week; I am not sure what the manager’s irritation is. A manager seldom would out players for their lifestyle.

Ten Hag has done a couple times; Sir Alex Ferguson would never have done. Not always helpful for the players is it.

Ten Hag then turned around and answered Redknapp and those who agreed with the former Liverpool player, “The conjecture from such commentators is insane.”
