VERY SAD NEWS has been announced for Manchester City Mid-fielder Rodri after he was injured in the Man City Vs Arsenal match this evening.
Rodri may have to miss some time because he limp off during Manchester City’s game against Arsenal.
Already, Rodri had been in the wars. Two seconds in, Kai Havertz hit him on the shoulder and knocked him out for two minutes. Rodri went down during a corner kick, which made people in the crowd call for a penalty. Erling Haaland had given City the lead.
Rodri, on the other hand, had caught his studs in the ground and seemed to hurt his knee, falling to the ground in a lot of pain. He was able to limp off after getting care, but Mateo Kovacic had to take his place.
Rodri just shook his head and went straight down the hallway when he saw Pep Guardiola. The bad news comes after Kevin De Bruyne was not able to play because he hurt himself against Inter Milan. In an interview before the game, Guardiola said the injury was “not a big, big deal.”

City is also worried about Nathan Ake and Oscar Bobb, who are both hurt and will have long-term problems. The Blues play Watford in the Carabao Cup just 48 hours after their game against Arsenal.
