World-class manager has openly rejected to become the next coach of FC Barcelona

After Barcelona lost to Villarreal at the end of January, Xavi said he would be leaving the club at the end of the season. But since that statement, the club has gone through some big changes.

After a memorable win against PSG at home, Barcelona went on an amazing 12-game perfect run and are now on the verge of making it to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.

In the meantime, Xavi has been aggressive and used a number of tactics that have worked well. Notably, defensive strength has returned, which is very different from earlier in the season when defensive weaknesses were clear.

Barcelona’s defense has become stronger since Marc Andre-ter Stegen came back from surgery, Pau Cubarsi became more popular, and Jules Kounde played exceptionally well.

Xavi’s positional smarts were clear when he chose to play Andreas Christensen as the center against Alaves. This move worked well in later games as well. Christensen’s flexibility has given Ilkay Gundogan more freedom on the field, letting him show off his skills with Robert Lewandowski.

Even though Alejandro Balde and Gavi will miss the rest of the season because of injuries, Barcelona has had fewer players in the last few weeks, which could be because they have had a less challenging schedule or something else.

As the end of the season approaches, Barcelona has a pretty strong team with players who are playing their best. A lot of players have said in public that they want Xavi to change his mind and stay as boss.

After Xavi’s first announcement, he wanted to clear up any confusion and rumors about his future and give himself time to spend with his family before deciding what to do next.

The mood among fans has changed from anger to hope, and many of them want Xavi to keep leading the team.

The club’s leaders also want Xavi to stay, but the boss is still open to his choices and believes that he should be able to make his own decisions if he decides to stay.
