“I think he will be the best replacement for Pochettino we have seen what he has done for other clubs and still doing now for his current club-Eden Hazard has a bold recommendation for Chelsea’s next manager

Eden Hazard thinks that Mauricio Pochettino should have stayed on as Chelsea boss because he did a “great job,” but he has suggested a former teammate to take his place.

After a rough season, the west London club said early last week that they had fired the Argentine coach “by mutual agreement.”

Chelsea spent most of the season in the middle of the table because of inconsistent play and a lot of injuries. But at the end of the season, they went on a run of five straight wins that put them in sixth place and ensured they would qualify for Europe.

But Pochettino and Chelsea’s leaders had different ideas about how to move the club forward. As a result, the Blues are now looking quickly for a new manager.

According to rumors, Chelsea has narrowed their search to just two names: Enzo Maresca, the manager of Leicester City, and Thomas Frank, the manager of Brentford. Roberto De Zerbi could also be in the running.

In the end, Hazard was sad to see Pochettino leave Stamford Bridge, especially after a season of change. However, he has mentioned that it might be a chance to give the job to Cesc Fabregas, who used to play for Chelsea and was a temporary manager for Como.

If you asked Hazard what he thought about Pochettino’s firing, he said, “To be fair, I was a little sad.”

“I believe he did a wonderful job.” People want Chelsea to be in the top four, but this is just a season of change.

Hazard said, “Maybe” when asked who he would like to take over and if De Zerbi would be a good choice.

“I have a friend in Como too [winks], he could be the first boss.”

Fabregas joined Como as a player and then took over as acting manager for five games near the end of last year. Since then, he has been Osian Roberts’ assistant and has helped lead the team to promotion to Serie A.

A few days before Pochettino left, Fabregas went to Chelsea’s Cobham training ground. He told the BBC Sounds’ Planet Premier League show, “I was there.” It was funny, but I went to London over the weekend.

“To begin with, I got along well with Mauricio.” I always thought he was a great guy when we played them.

“So I thought they had won four games in a row. That was Friday, two days before the end of the season, so everything is fun, good, and relaxed around the training ground for the last game of the season.”

“I just stopped by, and he made me feel so welcome.” I talked about sports with him for an hour and a half.

‘Of course, when I talked to some people I know who work at the club, I saw some ex-teammates too.

“So it was a lot of fun, and I really liked it. To be fair, I didn’t think this was going to happen.” Looking around and getting a sense of the place made me think it was nice and easy, so I was surprised by the choice.
